		<description>The traditional way is to drain the water, and use a bucket and shovel.  Or a lot of buckets &amp; shovels.  Another popular method is to drain the water and cut a 8&#039; X 8&#039; hole in the side of the tank that a bobcat front end loader can get through.  Either way people are at risk in a confined space that has the potential to harbor chlorine gas.  In addition to that corrosion may reduce the normal level of oxygen making another hazard.</description>
